The working principle of the electronic balance: When the weighing object is added to the weighing pan, the position detector signal of the high accuracy load cell changes, and the current in the sensor coil is increased through the feedback of the amplifier. This current generates a feedback force and a constant magnetic field. The applied load is balanced; at the same time, the voltage value of the current on the measuring resistance Rm is sent to the microprocessor through a filter and an analog/digital converter for data processing. Afterwards, the display automatically displays the value of the weight to be weighed.

2. When weighing, the material should be taken from the side door, and the door should be closed when reading to prevent air flow from causing the balance to swing. The front door is only used for maintenance or removal of residual materials.

3. If the electronic precision balance is not used for a long time, it should be energized and preheated regularly, once a week, for 2 hours each time to ensure that the instrument is always in good use.

4. Volatile, corrosive, strong acid and alkali substances should be weighed in a weighing bottle with a lid to prevent corrosion of load cell accuracy class c3 and the balance.
