Generally speaking, the working principle of the electronic belt scale display instrument is mainly as follows:

Principle (1): The pressure gauge in the display instrument of the electronic belt scale causes the deformation of the beam load cell through the elastic deformation of the sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) in the gauge, and then is converted by the conversion mechanism of the movement in the watch. The pressure deformation is transmitted to the pointer, causing the pointer to rotate to show the pressure.


Principle (2): The electronic belt scale shows that the high capacity load cell in the instrument tells the ECU the status, and the ECU sends a signal to let the electronic belt scale show that the instrument pointer works (moves) to the position that the ECU tells it. The thermistor determines the current flowing through the coil winding of the water temperature meter, thereby driving the pointer of the meter head to swing. The electronic belt scale shows that the instrument controls the swing of the pointer, and the amplitude of the swing is fixed at the time of design.


Principle (3): The electronic belt scale display instrument accepts voltage or current signals. The working principle of the electronic belt scale display instrument is to convert the input voltage signal into a corresponding intermittent signal through analog-digital conversion, generally binary-decimal. The encoded signal is then read by the load cell sensor induction and the photoelectric display device displays the number.
